Chloe Kamaretsos

CERTIFIED KINESIOLOGIST

Chloe is a qualified Kinesiologist who is passionate about holistic healing and wellness. She believes the key to personal growth is leaning into discomfort and her passion lies in holding space for her clients to grow and heal.

The philosophy of Kinesiology is that emotions are stored in the body and if left unprocessed can begin to manifest as physical symptoms. Kinesiology works at a holistic level incorporating the physical, spiritual and emotional, with the aim to rebalance all these parts to engage your innate ability to heal and thrive.

Chloe’s love for Kinesiology stemmed from her teenage years when she suffered regularly from chronic debilitating migraines. After years of trying different modalities, a Kinesiologist session provided the huge realisation that the migraines were a result of underlying emotional stress. This session was the catalyst for Chloe’s healing and personal growth journey.

Chloe is motivated to be the best version of herself and wants to empower others to feel this too through her Kinesiology, Life Coaching and Women’s Circles. She looks forward to providing a safe and nurturing space in her Kinesiology sessions for you to awaken your self awareness and invite reflection.
